About the Event

Fore the Love of Golf and Gourmet: Play, Eat, and Give Back!

Join us for the 9 & Dine Charity Golf Tournament and help continue the legacy of John Lovett, the first Black man to own a golf course in Selma, AL. A retired Colonel, John Lovett, was honored by the city of Selma, when he passed the Olympic torch to Andrew Young on the Edmund Pettus Bridge.

By participating, you’re not just playing golf—you’re making an impact and preserving a legacy.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the game, this event offers a perfect mix of fun and philanthropy.
